Welcome readers!

I have always been interested in film and television. At some point, my interest grew beyond simply viewing my favorite shows and movies. I wanted to learn how certain shots were achieved, why this person was cast, what being on set was like, how do critics feel about this episode, etc. That evolved into wanting to add my own contribution to the industry and figuring out how to do that. In college I’ve been able to and still am exploring film and television in all capacities – from shooting and editing my own productions to reporting and writing to creating my own YouTube channel where I discuss my favorite movies and television shows.

While this blog isn’t all about me, I hope to cover a variety of topics relating to all things film and television. Whether it’s a review, covering a film festival, interviewing someone who works for a entertainment website, or creating a list the best movie-focused YouTube channels, this blog set outs to explore it all. With so many sources of information and how easy it is to access all of them, it can be difficult to know where to look for the content you want. If you are someone who is just as curious and exploratory about the industry as myself, then this blog will hopefully provide you with what you want to see.
